About Us

Prevailing Power Church (PPC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that seeks to meet the needs in Pahrump, NV. We do this by providing residential, Christ-centered recovery services. Funding for our programs is provided through the generous support of individuals, churches,

businesses, and our group homes.

PPC was birthed out of a divine calling to reach those bound by spiritual oppression and emotional brokenness. Through obedience to God's vision under the leadership of Apostle M. Truss-Barber, MS, LCPC, PPC was established as a place where people could encounter the tangible presence of God and experience true deliverance. As a sister church to No Compromise Ministries of Deliverance (NCMOD), Inc. of Las Vegas, NV, we carry the same heartbeat—to see lives healed, restored, and equipped for kingdom purpose.

Mission

To empower individuals to live victorious lives through the Word of God, prayer, deliverance from spiritual bondage, and compassionate service. We seek to equip believers to become steadfast soldiers in the army of God—trained, strengthened, and equipped for their own ministries as better soldiers for Christ, advancing His Kingdom with power and purpose.

Vision

Our vision unfolds in five phases—spiritual formation, community outreach, supportive housing, recovery programs, and ministry expansion. Through Bible studies, worship services, Christian 12-Step recovery, group homes, and fundraising initiatives, we aim to restore hope, rebuild lives, and advance the Kingdom of God.
